Learn how to incorporate locally harvested seaweed varieties into food for increased nutrients and health.  We will make a delicious meal together and as we enjoy the meal, we will learn about the many health benefits a variety of seaweeds have to offer us.

Includes dinner and recipes and a take home furikake seaweed seasoning.
